We started our journey in 2018 with big dreams and goals and a blank order book, We could never had imagined the path that lay ahead!

Having navigated the unfortunate and persistent difficult trading conditions in the built environment and the country, the COVID-19 debacle, the dawn of a new era of devasting loadshedding, the KZN riots, and more We have come out the other side with an established and reputable consulting business servicing clients across the Nation.

Our scope from managing commercial and contractual risks, to dispute avoidance, to proceeding matters to dispute resolution, when necessary, as well as Brad acting as adjudicator or arbitrator on several matters, the business now offers a complete service offering to stakeholders in the built environment. This is further supported by our strong construction contract document training offerings.

BorCon has built up a client base of over 100 clients in the last 5 years and we are pleased that this client base continues to grow.

Early next year we will be launching BorCon forensics ! Watch this space…
