Bear in mind that Borcon offers a retention recovery service. We are not debt collectors; our approach relies on the mechanisms within your contract or sub-contract. Don’t leave it too late! Contact Borcon (tavia@borcon.co.za) to collect your aging debtors before they prescribe.
Residential Support Services
We have recently completed our first managed residential final account on behalf of a client in Ballito. Not only is our client rest assured that the builder’s final account is fair and accurate, she also has a consolidated report which can be used as supporting evidence in respect of capital expenditure, for CGT purposes.
Training
Due to delays caused by Covid and the recent civil unrest, we unfortunately had to reschedule our MBSA domestic sub-contract training. This training is now scheduled for 10-12 August 2021 and will be held virtually from 9-12pm each day.
